Although they have some amazing things the staff is not approachable and felt like she is doing a big favour by just doing her job and answering about if item is available or not and prices I mean it does not not cost anything to just be nice and return the smile left without buying anything as felt not welcomed at all
What a lovely shop with lovely, stylish things and good value too. Everything is well made and just that bit different from anywhere else. Real sense of excitement when going in to look around and some great ideas. The staff are so friendly and couldn't be more helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Range includes furniture, shelving, glassware and etc. Give it try next time you are shopping in Chester.

Had passed this shop on many occasions thinking I should go in and glad I did eventually. Really good assortment of small well made oak shelves and units. Also a great mix of small ornaments and lovely rattan baskets/plant holders. Service was great and will definitely be ordering some of the oak range online.

The manager here is absolutely brilliant. She knows her products and engages really well with customers. Futon stock is lovely, and ideal for smaller spaces. I’ve bought a few decorative items for myself and as gifts. I will buy furniture for my mum’s retirement flat from here when she moves. Compact and stylish it will be ideal for such a small home.
Nice stuff, pleasant and friendly staff but mostly nothing in stock all to be ordered and delivered with next delivery slot. In my case a week or ten days which to safe money on shipping cost means to go again and collect. They send a text to tell its there. All OK the point I'm trying to make is I can do the same from home from their website so the shop is more like showroom. Which is still worth seeing as sometimes the pics on web do not do the stuff justice. I like Futon furniture:-)
