   Sold us a 6 week lead time; it is now 6 weeks later and checking our order online, the ETA suggests a 12 week lead time. We would have likely shopped elsewhere had we known this from the start. Edit: our sofas arrived after 9 weeks. Would not recommend opting for the little sliders on each foot that the salesperson pushes; these are just small pieces of plastic and are an outrageous scam considering their price.

   Brilliant team especially Pete and Matt who helped with our order. Didn't feel hounded at all, came in twice on 2 separate weekends and Pete remembered us which was nice! Everything was explained and we were guided to different models depending on our needs. Pete had great knowledge of each range and was really patient as we changed our minds a lot! Definitely recommend!

Met Norman who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in advising us on our purchase. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and with ease. Glad to have had this experience with Norman, and left the shop feeling looked after and happy.

   Excellent experience all round with Sofology. I must admit we were a bit skeptical after reading some negative reviews online, but honestly our personal experience could not have been better in any way! We ordered the sofas from the Chester branch, where the staff were incredibly helpful and in no way did they put any pressure on at all. We were left to look around at our leisure without being followed round, and once we found one we liked the advice and help were given was very honest and impartial. We ordered in store and also opted to pay for having our old sofas removed by ClearBee (this was only £99 and well worth it!) The original delivery date for our sofas was 12 weeks (should have been 4th December) but they were delivered and in place by 18th November! The collection of our old sofas was very easy, with great communication and tracking services available. The collection drivers were helpful and made no mess at all. This was collected the day before the new sofas were delivered, as arranged by Sofology, so the time without a sofa was minimal. We had a similar positive experience with the delivery of the new sofas the following day. The communication and tracking was second to none, and we received a call and text 30 minutes before they were due to arrive. The sofas were delivered in the time slot provided to us the previous day. The delivery staff were excellent, polite, professional and very friendly. They delivered the sofas to the exact spot we wanted them, tested them and made sure we were happy before they left. So glad we decided to order through Sofology, excellent service and value.

   Went to just browse but ended up buying because we found the perfect sofa! John and Pete were so helpful, gave us space to browse but were available for any questions. Pete helped us with the buying process and talked us through everything but made it quick and painless, too. Very excited to receive the sofa now!

   The staff at the Chester store are friendly and welcoming. Luan had excellent product knowledge and provided clear impartial advice. At no point did I feel pressured. They are clearly confident about the quality and price of their own products, as they had no issues with me checking out other stores. They wanted to ensure that I was getting the right product for me. The whole purchasing experience was superb and I left the store feeling very comfortable and pleased with my choices. I would recommend Sofology and look forward to receiving my new furniture.
