DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this store!!!!!!!!! A regular size of Marlboro (20 cigarettes) + the cheapest small plastic lighter = £ 32.99?!?!?!?!?!?! Later I just realized that these 2 items should ONLY be £17.88in UK!!! (= £16.75 + £1.13)

Very rude shopkeeper on Saturday 9th August. Difficulty speaking English and yet spoke to us as though we were stupid.

Thieves. Daughter bought £2.70 of snacks while on a school trip. They charged her card £11.20. No receipt given and judging by the reviews it is not the first time they have done this. Requested a chargeback from bank. Hopefully their payment provider will cancel their account.

On Sunday me and my friends checked in 9 bags as we were getting trains at different points of the day. We did this as a group so it was quicker and easier for everyone including the shop. We made him aware of this and he said that would be fine as long as the booking person came. We came back as a group as I held the booking for 3 suitcases to be taken. He then began to become aggressive towards us and told us that we cannot listen and we would have to remove all bags. At this point we had paid £60 for an hour of storage. We were visibly frustrated as we had only used it for an hour. He then did not help the situation as he escalated in tone and aggression to me. I even had to ask him to calm down as at this point he was shouting at me. He began to accuse us of being fraudulent which couldn’t be further from the truth (we was just on a girls holiday and wanted to go shopping), which I explained was not our intention. We then had to wait for him to remove our luggage from the massive pile of cases he had in a open shop (which didn’t feel very secure) and once this was done he began to shout at me to delete the images of the tags on the bag as I would “claim the bags have been stolen”. This does not represent your brand or values very well at all. We are so frustrated that we were mislead by one of your partners to believe that we could remove bags in sections to then spend £60 on an hour of storage. We feel we have been scammed when we reported this all they could do is apologise as this “only happens to 1% of customers”. We are £60 down and they couldn’t care less about our money or the actions of this shop keeper.

I went into this shop on 30/07 and purchased 2 bottles of evian water, and the next day I realised I had been charged £17.59. I went into the shop on a different day to try and get my money back and I spoke to the man who served me before, but as I didn't have a receipt I couldn't get the money back. It looks like there are other reviews saying the same thing about this shop. Expect to be vastly overcharged if you buy anything here

Scammers they will charge you more. They need to close this shops. Don't give you a receipt you need to ask for it. Charge me 14:50£ for something which cost max 12. Avoid at any cost tourists.
