   Illegally obtained my email address to spam me with offers. Unsubscribe link doesn't. Work emailed to have my details removed from their system ignored.

   Bought the starter kit and it's been great but when it came to replace the coil I bought a pack of the 0.5 which I was using previously and it just tastes of burning gone through three already it's primed correct and the liquids correct but their slow to email back and just keep repeating the same thing not actually taking in what I'm explaining to them. Just keep saying if you have a 1.0 it won't work even though multiple emails state I'm using brand new 0.5 coils had it nearly a month and already going to have to buy a new unit from some one else.

   Contacted customer support by email to ask about a delivery and I;m still waiting for them to get back to me. I have still not received my order and they never pick up the phone. I would not recommend using this company and I am hoping the ecig if it ever arrives is better than the customer support.

   Joke!! This was my first Vaporiser, i did a fair bit of research before buying, but boy do i wish i did more! After a mere 2 weeks, the tank started leaking a liquid would build up in the stem and mouth piece and regularly would come in contact with my lips and tongue! (Cant be healthy) So i bought different mouth pieces, changed the coil, checked the seals and tightened everything up, couldn't solve it! So i tried getting in contact to send it back, then the real fun began! After calling 2-3 times, no luck, i sent an email! i quickly received a reply telling me to try everything i had, so i told them id tried it. For some reason they thought it was my eror as they had no previous problems with the tank! by this point i was so fed up i told them i just wanted my money back! (Also priced waaayyyy higher than similar products, for there price you can buy a nice portable vape that will let you use more than just liquid!) They then informed me i was too late to receive a refund as it had been more than 30 days, i asked them to check the first time i left a message on there answer machine as it was a good week before i got round to emailing them! At this point they stopped replying, i sent another couple of emails, getting angrier and angrier, to receive no reply! This company is a joke. They overcharge for an average product. They only bonus was the Fa-Q liquid they sell, not found one better yet! I recommend you AVOID this company and look at the V2 Pro or similar devices
