    ‼️AVOID!!!!!‼️ refuse to give you a return after selling you FAULTY ITEMS!!!! Ruined our whole trip to Cornwall. I will be telling EVERYONE to avoid!!!!! Worse place to spend brand new item. Rather buy second hand from trust worthy people. DO NOT BUY ❌

    Our experience in store as we are frequent visitors are that the staff are not happy. Bike supplies have got lower everything we go. Equipment can be quiet expensive for somethings and very good price for others.

    Good valie as ever. Wish the staff were a little more customer focused, i.e. readily available to answer queries. Another store asking to donate 20p at checkout. Wish they would stop.

    In a most unusual location as no other shops nearby. Good parking and a small coffee shop located in its grounds. The shop was very well stocked and had plenty of pleasant staff to be of assistance if required.

    Should be less than one star but that wasn’t an option. I purchased items with member discount came to a total of £125.20. When I returned home I noticed the Black Friday deal wasn’t applied which was £9.15, when I eventually got a response over the phone they suggested I go through to have the mistake rectified. However, due to the cost of fuel these days I asked if they would reimburse this too which they refused so I’m going to be out of pocket due to their mistake. Poor customer service.
