   Probably the most unfortunate retailer I have dealt with. Bought an item from their eBay shop which didn’t turn up. After a long wait, contacted their inept ’customer service’ department for a refund, which they refused, citing tedious ‘company policy’ as the reason for not refunding. I’m currently waiting to get the case investigated by eBay this week. My advice is a firm ‘buyer beware’- think twice before handing your money over to them. Shop elsewhere.

   I have ordered 2 jackets from this company . A bomber jacket and a track jacket. Both Firetrap jackets. After reading the negative reviews , in my experience Kickback sports have been fantastic. The jackets are top quality and the delivery service by My Hermes has been fantastic too. Thank you.

   Wish I could give no stars. Also wished I read these reviews as all correct. Was sent the wrong size that was ordered on Amazon. In the end, got the 19.99 refund for the football boots, but they would not refund the 4.99 postage they sent boots in, nor the 3.70 postage we sent the books back with. Kept on saying we ordered the wrong size. We have evidence we didn’t. Absolute shambles of a company and they have stolen my money. DO NOT use Kickback Sports. I will be taking this further, as do not like being ripped off and having hard earned money stolen from me like this. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

   Running jacket was a really poor fit. So I sent it back via amazon returns. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for a refund. So far I’ve had 4 emails saying they haven’t processed the return yet. This is pathetic. Do not buy from Kickback Sports.

   Despite all the negative reviews I've read about this company my experience was good. I didn't get the item I ordered, as it turned out that they were out of stock. However I was notified within 3 days of the order and immediately refunded. I would order from again based on this.

   This terrible company is part of Sports direct. I returned an item a month ago and have yet to receive my refund. Not only that but the so called ‘customer services’ person Rachel is actually now being dismissive and completely useless. Multiple times I’ve asked for remittance advice and they haven't supplied it. I asked the bank and they said no refund has been attempted. Do not shop here - terrible company terrible setvice and they’re basically stealing my money.
