   Forgot to include bathroom floor. When called up they said they'd get back in touch and they never did. Fitter was fine. The guy on the phone was not helpful and arrogant and spoke to me like it was a bother I called up. Made out like it was our fault even though they came out to measure it and chose the floor in store. Called up multiple times by 3 different people. Waiting over 2 hours for a call back that was meant to be 2 minutes. Won't be back.

   These guys really do take pride in there work and loyalty to the costumers.. We had flooring layed by them 3 months ago which led to a default from on old staff member cutting corners to get the job done quicker. This ending in the company having to uplift the full flooring and concrete layer and starting all over again. The guy's at crown made sure we as costumers was a priority and had the full job redone with in the week with no cost what so ever. The staff went above and beyond and worked out of hours to fix this problem we are very happy with the workmanship and the finished result we will definitely be using and reccomending crown to anyone who needs flooring... Thank you so much... X

   Done business here for years. A little while ago we had some flood damage and had our entire ground living area re laid by the above company. We chose a laminate flooring of what we were told was of good quality. After some time I noticed fading in several places on some of the floor panels. They came out and said it was a responsibility of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer would be in touch with us in several `weeks`. They never contacted us. So we contacted Crown again and they said they would chase it up. Still nothing heard after months. The image layer of some of the boards has obviously failed and the resultant look is disappointing. I can only think that this is a case of not wanting to spend time or money fixing this problem. I find it tedious and demeaning chasing trades people up, and can recognize when a problem is not taken seriously. I dont care who is responsable. I do care that my floor is not of the quality it should be after costing a large amount of money. Therefore i cannot recommend this company.
