Takes too long. Ordered expecting to receive in 3 days and the confirmation said items expected in 3 weeks time. No indication on the website that items were out of stock or on back order. If you want something in a reasonable amount of time try elsewhere
Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Item stated as being shipped via Royal Mail but tracking states - ‘we’re expecting it’. No big deal & these things happen but twice now I’ve filled out the online form to chase & twice I’ve had zero response, despite it stating I’d get a reply in 24 hours both times. This is a really simple & basic request & I find businesses that can’t actually be bothered to respond a waste of time. Looking forward to seeing if anybody bothers replying to this or I’ll go the chargeback route. Order number: 7669840
Extremely disappointed - it’s been nearly two months since I placed my order and I’ve received nothing but the wrong communication. I’ve been given two entirely different shipping dates - nearly a month apart and neither have been honoured. While I understand there has been a system change, I was assured via email my order was on a priority list. Now I’ve received yet another email this morning indicating further delays with now no estimated shipping dates provided as orders are now being processed in chronological order. The lack of consistency and transparency is unacceptable.
Great service from ordering to delivery..very quick service. Needed to return wrong size items which was dealt with within few days. Re ordered bigger size & again arrived promptly. Would highly recommend
Great customer service from Kitlocker. Yes, delivery times are sometimes lengthy, but this is mentioned at the time of purchase and is usually only when items are personalised. Any issues (we had one item arrive faulty) they sort out. I know they have had issues recently with staffing and systems but they kept me informed.
I recently placed an order with this company and found the website very user friendly and pricing very competitive. I even requested expedited delivery which they confirmed they could accommodate on this occasion. I’m definitely impressed with these guys and would highly recommend them.
Ordered from here a month ago, said it would be delivered by 28th Nov but still not dispatched. Have emailed customer support but noone replies... Will now have to contact my bank to retrieve my money. After reading the below reviews its obviously a fraud site that takes your money and doesn't send you the items. Do not buy from here!!!
Never had an order delivered when promised yet. Spoilt my daughters birthday as all the items arrived 10 days later. This order was "dispatched" but then emails now says 05/12 delivery. Xmas jumper arriving to late for club party. party!!!!
Ordered for next day delivery and paid £7. Text sent on delivery day saying coming tomorrow instead so what’s point of paying extra!!! DOD tried to deliver next day and I requested leave at back door. They ignored this and neighbour refused. Birthday present now too late. I know problem is delivery however kitlocker don’t answer phone or emails to rectify any issues!!
