Fantastic customer service - Richard and Ben went above and beyond. Had the handlebars of my planetx bike stolen. They collected my bike, replaced the parts (including a discount) and threw in a full service of the bike and a few other repairs without charging. I was already happy with the bike before, but after this service, I’ll definitely be using them for my next bike.
Planet X have the best customer service and I am super happy with my purchase. I recently bought an OnOne Vandal, it arrived quickly and well packed. assembly was straight forward and the quality is out standing. Its been 10 years since I bought my Inbred and I have always come back for components and accessories. Really happy with the whole buying experience. Ordered a bike and picked it up from their HQ a couple of days later. Had my first ride out on the bike and everything was set up perfectly. Gears worked like a dream. Would recommend and definitely use again myself

I think that they make unique and fun products at an affordable price. On top of that, their deals are great. However, only if you get them on time without chasing time for the stuff you ordered. The deals I got was really good so i was fine with waiting, but I never received any confirmation. All I know is that I got charged. 2 weeks later, I contacted them on Friday and this lady (Abby) told me that she will take care of my order next week on Monday, but it did not happen on Monday, she just blamed on the IT dude and they were too hectic to handle my order because they had some sort of event. If I did not reach out to them, I never receive the products that I paid for. That is just NOT cool, especially there are good web shops out there in Germany. Again, the products are cool but after what happened, I do not even wanna use or rep their products.
Thoughtfully well-made bikes and exemplary customer service! I have owned 3 different frames from them (Planet X and On One) and my wife has another 2. They have all ridden extremely well and stood the test of time. Well made, well designed, and an unbeatable bargain! Even paying shipping and customs to send to the states, these bikes are an extraordinary deal. In addition to selling quality products at a bargain price, their customer service has always been responsive, friendly, and professional. I dont understand why people rated 1 Star. Maybe, a year ago the Service was Not as some people wished. Maybe Planet X invested in their customer Service capacities since then. I have no other explanation for the Bad ratings... Because in April 2022 i got the Best customer Service that i ever had with a Company. We had a Mail conversation of 30+ Mails because i ordered from Germany and the brexit/custom issue brought many question to me. The guys from Planet x made anything possible, even if it took a lot of time... My only Real "problem" Was, that the brakes needed a bleeding after the shipping. This can happen sometimes, since the shipping May harm the brake Performance. But Planet X was so Kind to even pay the bleeding Service bike Shop Bill. So... Totally happy. Just write a Mail to the customer Service if you have doubts. I will definitely make another order some day! And last but Not least: the bike runs like crazy! :)
