   Card payment didn't go through when I brought some trainers. Walked away not knowing then was stopped by staff at door. One of their security got right in my face threatening me. Told them to back way and they moved closer (within a few mm of my face). Person who first stopped me asked them to go away. Spoke to 'Emma' Store Manager who said they would review and call me back as it was a criminal action. This was 2 days ago, nothing. Store clearly don't care if their staff act in a criminal way.

   I went into Sports Direct Meadowhall to buy a pair of trainers. I found what I wanted, but there wasn’t a single member of staff available to get me my size. After queuing at the till for far too long with the shoe in my hand, the girl at the till redirected me to another colleague, who then told me to go back onto the shop floor and find someone in the trainers department. That was the final straw. I left. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

   Bought some shirts for a holiday, when we got them home we discovered they were quite filthy ashumably due to having been handle and replaced back on dusty shelving many times. We could not see this in store due to the poor level of lighting. Will have travel back now and hopefully get exchanges. I feel the grubby areas on the shirts should have been picked up by the cashier.

   Purchased a suitcase reduced to half price. At the till the lady said it was more £, despite the price tag clearly stating the reduced price. She then used the radio to ask, the I assume manager, Tony for advice. He turns up, absolutely zero customer interest. Completely ignored me trying to explain the issue. Spoke over me to tell the cashier to reduce it to what the label said. No apologies, nothing. It was as if we weren't actually there. Then just walked off. Won't be returning it's not worth the hassle.

   Just come back from there absloute shocking service when we finally found a member of staff to ask for help she radio colleges to come and help us after 10 to 15 mins I asked another member of staff who said he would get someone another 10 mins and still no one came ended up putting the work boots back and walked out and got them from somewhere else. Would be zero stars if possible

   I went to this place to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter. I asked a worker (tony) who was tall, had a blond beard, and had his hair tied up for a size 4 pair of shoes for my daughter. He came back with a size larger than 4 but I did not pay any mind to it. I went to the till and checked if it was size 4 however it was size 6 so I went and found him to ask why he gave me a size 6 and his response was ‘This is what you asked for’ It was not what I asked for therefore I put the shoes on a shelf and walked out of the store. As I was leaving he shouted ‘Thank you, welcome, RUDE’ to me for no reason. He was the one being rude and disrespectful and was the one who gave me the wrong size. Store at Meadowhall / Sheffield

   Waited 15 minutes for a member of staff to "serve us" after asking twice to be served. Was told they had one member of staff oh that section - but was no where to be seen. He eventually came over and went to find the other shoe to the one we wanted - 10 minutes later couldn't find it! What a waste of time. Shop wasn't particularly busy either. Won't be going in again. Store at Meadowhall

   Sports direct in medowhall was well stocked with a variety of different items, staff friendly, customer service very professional. The reason for the score of 4 is because i went to the till to pay for an item only to find there was no bar code on the item, staff checked the rest of the stock and apparently there was no bar codes on any of that particular item in which i thought this was poor
