It’s a local place, so it’s very convenient, and they’re open late, which is a big plus. Once you become a regular, they greet you like a friend. Sometimes it’s really nice to chat after a tough day. Shout-out to Salma - she’s wonderful to talk to!

I’ve visited this place quite a few times and I think it’s become mine and my families regular. Firstly I think the customer service I’ve received from the lovely ladies In here is amazing! They make my experience really enjoyable and that’s the reason why I’m a returning customer. I tried the Berrie bubble tea and it was delicious! The person who attended me was absolutely lovely we had a really nice chat about her experience with prices in Thailand, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Great service and a warm atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the Biscoff bubble tea next time!
Always a pleasant experience. I shop all things vape here since I moved to the area, and have repeatedly been amazed at the stellar level of service provided by Salma. Always well stocked and up to date on the latest technologies and devices.
Came to the store looking for a new tank Jamie who served me sorted out with a new one even checked reviews and everything. Great Service will definitely come back.
Knowledge of the guy working the counter wasn’t great. Didn’t understand the basics and I kept having to say “you have my coils. Look there. They’re sitting right there!” Prices are also way more than most shops. About 25% increase. Stock options aren’t great. Kept being told “we have more availability at our other location”. Well then why should I ever bother coming here then? Overall avoid unless you don’t have another option like I did.
Excellent service by Emma, who knows her onions. No hard sell, just genuine chat and advice. I'd call myself an experienced vaper but I learned a couple of new things today! Well stocked with a wide variety of both salt nic and free-base from reputable brands. Good to know this is on my doorstep when I'm in town.
