Friendly helpful staff great choice.
I have been a regular customer of this shop, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. On three separate occasions, I found the store closed during regular business hours, with the employee inside but not attending to customers promptly. On 2/9/2025 at 17:10, I visited the store again and found it closed. After knocking, I waited approximately 10 minutes before an employee opened the door, visibly upset. When I asked why the store is often closed, she replied rudely, stating she had to use the toilet. I accepted that explanation and asked to speak with the manager, but she refused, saying she did not know when the manager would be available. When I requested the manager’s email, she said he didn’t have one. She then asked me to leave the store, refused to serve me, and threatened to call the police without reason. This behavior is unacceptable. I believe the company should review its staff training and customer service standards. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this shop.
I had a brilliant experience at Tottally Wicked Vapes in the Edmonton Green store today, thanks to Cheryl. Her friendly manner and extensive knowledge made choosing the right products incredibly easy. She patiently answered all my queries, ensuring I felt confident and well-informed about my purchase. The entire visit was a pleasure, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I’d wholeheartedly recommend popping in and asking for Cheryl—you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been vaping for a long time and this is definitely now my go to place. They have everything you could want and they have amazing prices and deals. The staff are always really welcoming and helpful.
Absolutely love this place, my first time ever vaping, lovely staff member served me and got recommended the drag s from voopoo, incredible unit and the flavours are so wide ranging its alsmost like you can have another flavour every day. Will definitely come back.

Tank broke, bought a new one, and was told if it broke again it would be replaced free of charge, well it broke and I'm now told it's not free. I detest liars and will never shop here again. Definitely do not recommend.
