Not sure if its a one off, but not 24hrs as advertised, disappointed to make my way over only to not find the store open.

Instead of taking responsibility, the seller dragged me into endless arguments and refused a refund by claiming they “didn’t receive the correct item,” despite me following their return instructions with proof. What makes this worse is the item cost only £26.99, yet the seller argued and treated the situation with the arrogance of a value of £2,600 dispute — showing zero regard for customer safety or fairness. ⚠️ This is not just poor customer service — it is a genuine health and safety concern. I strongly warn others to think twice before purchasing from this seller. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, SAFE, and fit for purpose. The product seller sold and which I received was unsafe. I shall legally entitled to a refund. The device was defective—the charging port shows visible signs of burning (obviously showing from the photos) . This is not a trivial cosmetic flaw; it constitutes a serious health and safety hazard. Shockingly, the seller even insisted I keep the dangerous item at my own risk, rather than returning for refund.

Ione of the batteries I purchased is faulty. I've emailed Nemo Homes but have not received a reply. It's been 8 days RESPONSE TO NEMO HOMES: Sorry but your reply is unsatisfactory and illegal. The item is faulty and is covered by the Consumer Right Act. I would like a replacement and have outlined the rights for replacement within the timescales set out in the consumer rights act: "The Consumer Rights Act gives you the legal right to either get a refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, or get it repaired - depending on how long you've owned it: 0 - 30 days you can claim a full refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. 30 days - six months you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund six months or more you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on you to prove the product is faulty
Can't fault these guys. I place an order every month for my vapes. Always arrives within 24 hours. Free delivery. Usually have discount codes as well. 10/10 recommend.
UPDATE: REGARDING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW, SO YOU DO HAVE STRAWBERRY SMASH YOU JUST SIMPLY CHOSE TO SEND ME A DIFFERENT FLAVOUR. NICE. Ordered from here a few times during lockdown and twice now they have sent me the wrong products! I just recieved my order and 4 out of the 5 products ordered are the wrong ones! I clearly selected the Scarlet Kick NOT the Iced Berry one! And strawberry smash NOT strawberry original(yes they do taste different!). Won't be buying from here again!
I have purchased a number of items from Nemo in the past few months. Deliveries are dispatched promptly and always on a 24-hr turnaround and depending on the post - received quickly! It hasn't all been roses, in one of the items a fault inexplicably arose. After a few msgs were exchanged highlighting the issue (which was a really strange one!) Nemo emailed me a 24-hr returns label and the faulty item was returned. Once received, Nemo checked item and returned to manufacturer....sending me a new replacement out which has just been received. Nemo offers value for money, quick turnaround and customer service is superb. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nemo.
