   I went to this store to collect a Yodel parcel and was shocked at how poor the customer service was. The man who served me was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as though helping me was an inconvenience rather than part of the service they offer. There was no basic courtesy, no greeting, and no attempt to be polite. Instead, I was met with a bad attitude and unprofessional behaviour throughout the interaction and literally threw the parcel at me. Collecting a parcel should be a simple, straightforward process, but the way I was spoken to and treated left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. If this store doesn’t want to provide Yodel services properly, they shouldn’t be offering them in the first place. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I will avoid this branch in the future. There are plenty of other locations where staff know how to treat people with respect.

   Horrendous service, extreme rude man who works behind the counter, honestly the most unprofessional person, went to collect my parcel his attitude was so vile. Never collecting my parcel from here again.

   Every single time I'm trying to send a parcel and is this male on shift, he'll always say " the system is down " and give me bad looks, every single time ! And if you do use their service in the end and you say "thank you or hello " you will never get any sort of answer back for showing your respect . I will try to avoid this shop and I'll be well pleased if one they will be closed for good as people like this doesn't deserve costumers and respect. I'd give less than a star if was possible. He is very rude and can quite ruin your day with he's attitude.

   Tried to collect parcel this morning with tracking code and signature confirming parcel had been delivered to this shop. Extremely unhelpful male assistant refused to hand over the parcel and said I needed another code. I explained I had all my ID including passportand showed him the email saying my parcel had been delivered. Again he refused to hand it over and insisted it was not there and wouldn’t go and check. The delivery company spoke to him directly and it miraculously became available when previously he insisted he did not have it. Returned to collect it and he had disappeared but parcel had appeared! This place should not be used for deliveries and I would not buy anything there on account of his unhelpful, lying, rude attitude

   I Went to collect my parcel on a Sunday. I approached the man very politely and he was instantly rude to me. He said he “can’t be bothered” to do parcels on a Sunday. I thought he was joking but he genuinely wasn’t going to give me my parcel or even look for it until I refused to leave until he had. He gave me dirty looks and made me feel so embarrassed. If you don’t want to do collections DO NOT DO THEM. If you’re going to be rude to customers do not work in a customer facing environment.
