Really disappointed in the service we received. Came in to buy new Shisha. We were told one price during the first visit and when we actually came to buy the agreed price was not offered. When I said I will leave the review the guy in the store said the reviews means nothing. Better off buying from other stores or online. Atleast price will be guaranteed

Customer service was terrible. As I walked over to the counter I was met by a member of staff busy on his phone. No form of recognition at all. Once I finally did get his attention to make my purchase he did not bother to even say thanks. Quick pointer - Sheesha accessories are readily available everywhere now, to retain customers manners go a long way!

So expensive, it's a joke. 250g for £50, 100g for £25. You are better off ordering from US using some discount codes, will probably get better range of flavours within few weeks.
