    New renovation is brilliant. Brought life into the place! Lots of new machines, new soft play area, karaoke, brand new pool tables, revamped bar area. Worth a visit.

    Booked soft play for my toddler, but it has nothing for the baby to play in. Manager and the staffs were so rude in understanding the concern and were not lending their ears. It was very unpleasant and a waste of time & money. If you have a toddler and want to book a soft play, then don’t book this place.

    This local entertainment complex truly offers something for everyone. Kids enjoy the playarea, whereas teenagers and adults have fun with bowling alley and snooker. Food and drinks also served here. Plenty of parking at spot.

    Bowling, arcades, soft play, billiards (pool tables), interactive darts, karaoke, bar tables, etc, all in 1 place. Great place to spend time (and money) with family and friends. Parking is free for 4 hours (7 am - 7 pm). Can be booked online.

    Good fun place for some good indoor games for adults. Did bowling and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was super crowded on a Sunday. 9 Pounds for 3 rounds which is a very good deal. But only available for weekends.

    This place gets a bad rep but I don’t know why? We attended on sat night. 2 adults 2 kids we had the best time playing the games on arcades. The place was busy but everyone (the public) were friendly and polite. The atmosphere was nice. Queue for the bar was silly. Huge long bar but queue was a single line of people for one or maybe two staff to serve? Like a supermarket. Soft play staff were very pleasant and prices are very reasonable. Bowling was around £30 for the 4 of us. Pool tables available too. Overall we had a good time. Only downside was the bar staff or lack of them.

    This place is horrible! Nobody actually cares what the children are doing in the soft play area. We found my son's shoes full with vomiting. Smelling all around as a hell. 2 staff staying there front of the soft play area doing nothing. Shoes around and vomiting kids around as well. My son needed to get home only in his socks in the winter! If you want to give some money for vomiting smell that's the right place for you! Anyway, much appreciated to the nice lady who was cleaning around for offering to clean my son's shoes but this is definitely not her responsibility. Get more staff, people! This is horrible, horrible place!

    We had a great time here :) weekend evening wasn’t busy!! Lots of car parking space. After 7pm car parking free. So we can enjoy time as much we want! Bowling price is not too bad. And we can order drink at the bar. Super fun!!!!

    It's a very good time pass activity place for families and friends, get togethers, birthday or any small parties. There are plenty of game options include bowling which is really fascinating. Price is also not too much per head and you can really spend 3 to 4 hours if you are in a big group. The bowling can be combined with meals as well. There is a big carpark outside and it's free for the customers, so never you have worry about your cars. If you don't like burgers and chips, you can get wider range of food options outside Tenpin within the same premise. So anytime you can plan for a party or a relaxed get together there.

    Shambles !!!! Not that great experience. The bowling staff are less than what they should be. Simplest of the requests takes ages. The machines and systems are old and partially functional. If requested the team takes a lot of time to respond. The bowling bowls are less....not the right sizes and it seems there are jo spares or extra bowls so even if your finger doesn't fit the bowls you would have no options. Very strange. So overall though this place was once a great place you might want to think twice before you go there. To add salt to the wounds....the toilet had broken parts. Some taps were not working and ATM was also out of order so for the other activities which need coins you need cash. Luckily an ATM is present nearby.
