   We had a great experience at store, we bought a couple nihon chef knifes thanks to Giovanni. Giovanni was really helpful and knowledgeable about the different series and how differed. He explained the process of how you would maintain a knife, recommending us wet stones for sharpening. He gave us a demo of how it was done and even let me try.

   Had a great experience in the store today, wonder in to look at plates and bowls and was greeted by Chloe, was shown a couple of ranges, spoke about the pros and cons of each and then upsold a few extras all in a friendly consultative way. She packaged everything up with great care and helped to load the car also. Great service from pro cook!

   We needed new pans due to a new kitchen, including our first induction hob, meaning some previous pans had to go. The helpful staff member (didn't get his name, unfortunately) helped us out, even offering an extra 'pan set' discount we weren't expecting, as we selected some random pans to suit our needs.
