Appalling service, having ordered a book, paid for it, awaited two weeks, no advices, no messages, no emails. I emailed three times, spoke to a lady by telephone, she could not help as the person responsible for book sales was not available. I asked that a message be given to the person, that I be contacted and advised as to when I would receive the delivery. Not a word,Has The Borthwick closed down, is it on holiday ? Surely, if so, I would be advised, no, no message. Pretty awful service if you ask me. I shall now endeavour to claim my monies to be returned. Yours, David Lunn
