We were fortunate enough to attend three performances this week and everyone from Gisele & Gary to everybody working at YTR were the kindest every time. Since I live abroad I thought I might have difficulties to purchase tickets and pre-order merch but everyone at box office were incredibly helpful and made the process very very easy. “Excellent, very knowledgeable staff, who advised me on the issues with my vehicle after the diagnostic check for the engine light. Whilst I was waiting in reception I was quite shocked to hear that they were advising a women on the condition of her car and that is wasn't road worthy and she decided to drive it away. Once she left the chap looked at me and said "what more can I do"? I felt very reassured that the staff and this business genuinely care for their customers as the concern on the chaps face, said it all. Pleased to say I paid for the diagnosis and repair as they did it while I waited. Car is now running perfectly and I will go back when I need other things doing. This family ran garage is run by genuine people, who car for your safety and your car.”

“Location - great, 10 mins walk to York. Staff - friendly and super efficient, a pleasure to see a team working so well on a very busy breakfast shift - much better than many large corporate chain hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast - decent breakfast with a good range of options. Room - good size, very clean and warm. Parking - very reasonable price for parking in York. Stay again - definitely. Value - very good. Recommend - absolutely. Overall - spot on, far better than many places we've stayed in.”

“The team have been absolutely brilliant with L from day 1 in this room, and we are really sad he will be moving rooms shortly as we trust that nothing is ever forgotten. So much time and focus was put into helping him walk, especially by Jessie, and the fact he is so happy every day is definitely down to this relationship. It's amazing to also see that standards never drop on Jessie's day off and L adores all of the team. There's no better feeling than picking him up from nursery and hearing his laughter down the hall.”

“The Milner is still upto a great standard. Staff are excelent. We were in a front facing superior room. With fantastic views of the Minster. We had a meal last night which was cooked perfectly and the breakfast this morning had a great selection and good quality. We will definely be visiting next Christmas as it is idealy situated for York city centre. Very dog friendly hotel”

“Seats are very comfortable (better than Everyman, in fact). Ticket prices are probably the cheapest anywhere - £7 for an adult on a Saturday. Staff were friendly. Venue was clean. I'm not normally a fan of a multiplex cinema but this was a good experience.”
