   Place is absolutely disgusting. A child was sick and the staff just left it all over the floor the entire time which made the place stink. Staff are very rude

   Not sure why the review average is bad. Staff were nice, facilities are great, plenty of space so didn't feel crammed at all. My 7 and 9yo had a ball. A bit pricey but we were there 90min (75min session but they let us in 10min early). Will do again!

   Had my daughter's birthday party here on Saturday. Her and her friends had so much fun they didn't want to leave. The staff were nice and helpful. We had our own private room which was nice, bright and clean. Would definitely recommend to others. I think the price of holding a party there is great value for money.

   Run down place! Dirty as anything still had all old Halloween decor up, was told multiple times to not go on things despite paying a full ticket price. No menu for food and drink. No lockers. Place is a lot smaller that it is online. They had a combat place that you could only go in with nerf guns and eye wear but no eye wear of nerf guns available despite hardly anyone being in there. Terrible terrible terrible. All the staff are young which isn’t a problem if they were actually professional and attentive

   Staff are all young but good, keep the place clean and organised. I wouldn't recommend for under 8 or 9 as there is a whole age range so older kids can be a bit more boisterous but kids LOVE this place and it's great for parties or a rainy day! Good value for money. There's a main inflatables section and separate nerf fun part, which is brilliant fun! Adults can sit and get a hot drink whilst waiting for their kid's session to finish. Easy to get to, car park nearby and places to eat if you want to grab something afterwards. Highly recommended!

   Really entertaining inflatable course with wipe out and a small climbing area and a soft football area too. An hour here is enough in my opinion, there are also lots of slushie machines and a few arcade games too

   Quick summary: kids like it but it doesn’t seem professionally run and if you are just planning to spectate kids you need to be aware there are blind gaps. Booked it for a day out with my goddaughter. Did it online and ordered the socks as it said you would need them: I thought they would be special (like you get at other venues like Oxygen with little rubber grips at the bottom) but there wasn’t anything special or significant about them. Also they just let other wear their own socks so I spent £5 for no reason. There’s no place lockers ( which I didn’t realise until I arrived). They say in their safety video no personal items and no flips when in the bouncy area; but this wasn’t enforced (there are kids filing themselves running round it and older ones watching tictok in a corner somewhere). All of the staff seem quite young - which there is nothing wrong with as some of them seem to be keeping a vigilant eye out or being polite and approachable - some however are just sat having a chat with each other not really paying attention. I paid to go on the attraction with my goddaughter: she’s 6. It was fun but it’s shaped like as ‘S’ shape so for the adults who were spectating they couldn’t see their children when they were in the middle stretch (there’s no staff there either). There weren’t any any incidents while I was there most children were just helped out by other children.

   Very dirty and rundown. A moldy smell. The atmosphere here is nasty, very stuffy. It's a jumpy area the air con need to be on or stronger. Parent are made to pay 2£ just to sit and cant go into the area to even take photos. After 20mins my kids was done. It's a one time experience for us. Was hoping I found a place to go on regular like Gambado. Imagine a giant bouncy castle in a stuffy room!

   Very dirty and in bad repair, the atmosphere is very dull. No lockers to leave your belonging secure so ensure when you come you bring bare minimal. There are much more fun and cleaner places to go for the same cost if not a bit cheaper. Very overcrowded. Inappropriate music with swearing, just what you need with a load of small children. Part of the inflatable not working too. Strong smell of weed. I am really struggling to find any good points.
