   Came here today 22/07/2024 with my daughter and grandaughter. My grandaughter (13yrs) was having her ears pierced for the first time and was very nervous. I must say the 2 girls in the shop were brilliant explained everything to calm her down and everything went great. Big thanks to you both at Claire in Oldham.

   I don’t really do reviews but my goodness thought I would as one is definitely needed! I came here 2 days ago on Wednesday (14th) Valentine’s Day and I honestly had one of the best retail/ in store experiences ever!!! I came here 7 years ago in 2017 to get my ears re pierced and now I’ve just had my nose Piercing done and what an incredible amazing comforting experience I had!!! Literally met the most lovely and genuine people Alexandra and Jessica! Who are such a vibe to be around! Both are so lovely and comforting. We definitely had a good laugh lol. They were so professional and hands on with everything. Easy to chat to and get along with. That’s the reason I went ahead and put my trust in them got my nose piercing done and safe to say I’m so pleased and I love my piercing. I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Jessica the manger is so sweet and polite and Alexandra is so nice and funny. Both are amazing individuals who make Claire’s look and feel good. Fun and good vibes everywhere! They definitely know what they are doing and make every customer feel welcome. They exceed every expectation and help their customers effortlessly. I have seen this over and over again. What a lovely store with the best people honestly!!!! If you need a Piercing or any jewellery shopping etc this is the place to come to! You’re in safe hands and will definitely enjoy your shopping experience with these lovely girls around! 10/10 for everything!! See you soon girls :)) definitely will be coming more!

   Horrible experience here. A child no older than 4 was screaming “no” whilst her mother and two piercers pinned the child down and pierced her ears. After the store assistants had pierced the child, they walked to the till and said “we shouldn’t have to do that but what can we do if the Mum asks for it?” Please train your staff members or revise your policy on this. The piercing was completely unsafe, the child was crying and writhing so badly that other shoppers in the store were urging the mother (and staff) to reconsider. It was disgusting and I will not be taking my daughter back to this store if this is how Claire’s view young girls’ bodily autonomy. If management would care to review this incident, it occurred on 14th Jan 2023 at 12.50pm.

   Picked up poorly priced items, which were amongst the cheap jewellery and managed to spend £80!! Didn't realise until I got home. Took everything back untouched and unopened but they would not refund

   Booked an ear piercing for my daughter a week in advance. Got a text message day before to say will see you tomorrow. Got there only to be told "oh has nobody text you to cancel it?" My daughter wasn't happy bless her. Then got a text 5 min later saying that I had canceled the appointment!
