   This company are a bunch of clowns. They lie and do not listen to the customer. It’s taken almost 2 years to sort paperwork out that should have been done in a few weeks. Always making excuses to why stuff isn’t done, their lack of accountability has caused problems with my remortgage. They are incompetent. They try and make out you made instructions when you don’t, and when you do make instructions it takes them 6 months to action said instruction. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this firm as they are completely incompetent and just lie.

   Obviously this firm works on quantity of cases over quality. Poor service, bare minimum work completed, no support or advice. If you have problems they simply hide behind their terms and conditions. Save yourself the worry and avoid.

   Avoid at all costs,no reply to emails etc,I had to do most of chasing myself,lost one house because of their inefficiency 6 months on,still no documents for property etc,keep chasing up,but never reply,be warned,better solicitors elswhere

   Kiran was recommended to us by the agent we were buying our house through. The charges quoted were clear and competitive, and the service professional and efficient, however without doubt Kiran is one of the hardest working people I've come across. We'd be surprised by unexpectedly getting immediate answers for queries we'd emailed out of office hours, and she was very very patient with us. We were apprehensive about using a solicitor a little way away from us but that wasn't a problem as everything was done via email and telephone, so much so we recommended her to a family member for a house move in Dorset, which also went without a hitch.

   Cunningtons helped me to sell my home and to buy a new home in 2019. They are by far the most efficient and helpful solicitors that I have had the pleasure to work with. From receiving an offer on my for sale property to having the money in my account from the sale was within 1 month. From me making an offer to me moving in to my new house was also also in under 1 month. Incredible service... I won't ever be using anyone else...
