   I've had a long read through all the reviews on here and I feel like I wrote most of them myself I was instructed by Liverpool Victoria (lv) I've never had to deal with a company so bad in my 37 years alive I've had case worker after case worker changed on me I've been lied to multiple times and caught them out on it they have no heart your just a number to them they have draged there feet on everything causing me to miss out on treatments wich was recommended by a health professional they sent me to and I've been refused treatment multiple times because all they care about is who is going to pay it Iam 2 /3 years into my claim and they have ground me down so much ive had enuf and told them numerous times to get a figure and close the case and all I get is more lies well today I've finally had enuf of them after them dragging there feet agen and are going to take this as far as I can this isnt about the money that Iam entitled to anymore it has gone past that and AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

   I had a motor accident claim that was not my fault and I was very well looked after by James Chapman and Rhiannon Frowde getting the claim to court, preparing and having the claim judged in my favour leaving my record of faultless driving since I passed my test at 18 years old completely intact. Thank you, James and Rhiannon for looking after me, over and above any expectation that I had.

   The worst experience of anyone in the legal system ever! My father was a barrister & he must be turning in his grave right now knowing how badly a fellow legal “professional” is treating a member of his own family. This company are by far the worst that I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with and I’m only dealing with them because they were appointed by my insurance company. I am on my 3rd case handler, the portal is appalling, they don’t respond to anything. Their direct phone numbers are a waste of time, they don’t pick up voicemails and they also intermittently respond to emails. I have just submitted a formal complaint because I can’t report them to the Legal Ombudsman until I’ve been through this process. Their level of customer care is non existent, they don’t care. I just want my claim settled now, I don’t think that’s much to ask. I’m 2 years in, treatment all finished but trying to get updates from them is impossible. I’m not asking for a daily update just to know where we are, but apparently that’s not for me to know! Avoid this firm of solicitors at all costs.

   Many thanks to Mindy Samra at Lyons Davidson who represented us in our claim against another motorist following an accident in April 2022. A totally efficient process carried out in a timely manner - my husband and I were thoroughly informed and and briefed ahead of our scheduled court case. After 18 months with less than 24 hours notice the virtual court case was firstly adjourned, then struck out. Amazing amount of work behind the scenes by Mindy a true professional, whose attention to detail and support we greatly appreciated.

   This company clearly doesn’t know the law as I have been threatened with court litigation for an incident I didn’t even cause in my vehicle, received a letter saying I was due to pay monies owed for the incident (surely this is the whole point of paying for insurance) they have contacted me with a threatening letter, again surely this should have been done via my insurance company and once I eventually got someone to answer my phone calls in there office again they admitted they shouldn’t have done this and didn’t seem to have much of a clue. Very poor service I am almost tempted to speak to the citizens advice bureau service about your negligence

   Having been involved in accident a few years ago my view of no win no fee accident solicitors was pretty poor . However I have to say that Lyons Davidson in particular the solicitor instructed to handle our case Roy Palmer was A1 . Up front and diligent at every step of the process we couldn’t have asked for a better service, unfortunately our case went all the way to court .Roy held our hand and carefully explained the process pointing out where are case was strong and not afraid to tell us where we needed to be clear. I doubt we would have won the day without Roy’s tenacity and attention to the detail of our accident. Thanks Roy

   Lyons Davidson were appointed by my insurer to represent me in a court action that was brought against me. I was allocated Roy Parmar as my Solicitor who was absolutely fantastic - I could not have asked for better nor more attentive service. The court action was withdrawn prior to trial and mine and my insurers costs/damages were met in full. I would have no hesitation in returning to this firm should I ever need legal representation in the future.

   Lyn Edwards of the Solihull branch of Lyons Davidson was extremely helpful to my partner,Gerald Nickless, who was taken to the small claims court by a motorist who drove into him. Lyn was very patient and reassuring when he was very stressed about it. She spent a lot of time on the phone and by email and she won the case. The young female barrister who she appointed was also excellent
