   I wanted to share my experience of working with Lindsey Gwillam at the Redditch office of HCB, I was not Lindsey's client but the freeholder of a building where her client was buying a lease extension. Lindsey was very efficient and communicative and worked in a collaborative way. Lindsey's client, myself and my solicitor where at all times kept informed of the position and everything was dealt with by return. I deal with conveyancers everyday, I will say that the quality of conveyancing lawyers has reduced in my 45 years as a Property Professional, but some faith has been restored by Lindsey and HCB.

   Professional and outstanding customer service - Recently completed a house sale with HCB solicitors, and it was a good all round experience. Recommended by a friend, Vicky looked after the sale.
