   My mother intrusted this firm to deal with her LPO in May 2018 when she had capacity & paid thousands to have this and the medical LPO done, only to find out 7 years later it when it was needed that they had not been submitted the documents to the OPG, we had to go back in sign some more forms, pay a few hundred more pounds to finish the process. We have since found out from the Dementia nurse you can pay £100 and do it yourself!

   The service was quite disappointing overall and fell short of professional expectations. Communication could have been more responsive, and the handling of my case lacked the efficiency I had hoped for. While there were a few staff members who were courteous and tried to assist, the overall experience left much to be desired. With some improvement in client care and follow-up, the firm could do much better.

   I've dealt with a few solicitors in my time, but Wadsworths are by far the best. They are a family firm, so they understand family issues. That is not to say that that is all they do, they have dealt with commercial leases on my behalf and they've also written my will. I've referred Wadsworths to a few of my clients and the feedback is always gleaming!! Their teams across the three sites are fab, but a big shout out to Mike Wadsworth, and their Business Manager, Victoria Hicks. Five stars is not enough!
