A wonderful training environment with fully trained instructors that will provide traditional shotokan karate to all student from a beginner to high level. This includes, discipline, respect for others, fitness and skills for life.
Friendly and talented instructors and good value for money. Nice mix of fitness, karate techniques and combat skills, with a good balance of discipline and fun. Far better than other clubs I have tried over the years. Attendees are of all ages and backgrounds, from kids up to elderly. Would highly recommend.
Great classes on Monday & Thursday evenings, me and my wife started training with no previous experience and have found it really enjoyable. They have friendly instructors, with classes having students from all ages & abilities, so we have never struggled to learn or felt that we were getting left behind. I would advise it for anyone, even if you just want a way of keeping fit, as this is one of the main benefits from learning a martial art.
