Ricky is a great funny trainer like that bit of humour.It is hardwork,it's exhausting it's tiring I know that's how it should be training up for my debut uwcb charity boxing event.I am so out of my depth.Taken a bit of a beating in sparring last week ended up with a bloody nose(1st Friday session as well).Reality check what have I let myself in for.I hope I get better by 19th July cos so far I'm pretty poor if I carry on like dis I'm sure to get knocked out on the day not very good at blocking or guarding.And it's nice that we have taken a few group photos.
