Westbourne house is a very caring and knowledgeable nursery with staff being in the industry for 20 years+. I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else.
Absolutely wonderful nursery. Lovely, clean, homely setting. Not clinical and bland like some. The staff and management alike go above and beyond. Truly cannot praise them enough. They’ve been utterly fantastic with my little one. Their care for the children is genuine. Would recommend Westbourne House to anyone.
Literally this nursery is amazing! It has a beautiful outdoor area, aswell as an indoor soft play. Staff are wonderful, and Phillipa the manager is an absolute pleasure to deal with, every request is dealt with promptly and professionally. The staff work really hard to ensure they build relationships with their children. Splendid setting, safe, secure and very clean. Well done!
Poor communication from staff and management regarding bills. No invoices sent out for the service we used for 4 hours which was later used against us. No contact at all actually. We were told it would be inappropriate for them to accept our daughter after they failed to send the required paperwork in order to settle our account for the 4 hours.
