Visited UMAC with my elderly mother and cannot praise this unit enough. The team were amazing displaying professionalism, friendliness and empathy through all stages of the process. This unit oozes excellence and in terms of improvement non required. I feel they are a huge asset to Arrow Park Hospital and are true leaders in delivering excellent patient care and experience . Big shout out to the team and many thanks.

Didn't have to wait long. Nurse was lovely but the doctor was nice but had a strong accent I had trouble understanding him so allowed him to prescribe something I don't want and had to take back to the pharmacy. I shall tell him next time I see him.

On Monday 21st August I attended A&E at approximately 16.00. I was so impressed by every single member of staff that I met during my visit. Every member of staff was totally professional and extremely kind and caring. They all developed an immediate rapport which is an important quality when dealing with A&E patients. They are all a credit to the hospital.

The worse experience I had! In been in before but they was lovely and I did recover but now is a shame , I prefer to treat myself at home, they discharge me even if I said am not well “ well is all up to you “! Had some many problems with my belly and first they say they will check on me but nothing happen just send me home ! Shame !!

This hole likes to play lip service but nothing else. Looking at the managers and staff I'm sure you need to be obese to work there. Not a good role model.

Happy New Year to all the wonderful people in Arrowe park hospital. I was in ward 37,bed 6 all over Christmas. I was blue lights on the 23rd Dec, I had Sepsis/pneumonia. In a very bad way. I have nothing but praise to all the wonderful Doctors and Nurses who pulled me through to recovery. Not just them but all the wonderful staff from cleaners to cups of tea etc. Everyone went above and beyond their duties to help me get better and through illness. I give all of you 5*. I’m home now but very groggy it’s going to take me a while to get 100% better. Thank you again each and everyone. My love to you all on ward 37. xxx

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Some nurses were kind & considerate but the majority were unfeeling. As for the noise, I reached screaming point. Each ward has a bin for waste, but they all have tin lids which doctors & nurses let fall causing dreadful racket - every few minutes this goes on for 24 hours. No consideration for patients. Hopefully I will never have to go there again!!
