Daughter in after days off sickness Side room freezing asked for blankets still waiting ...4 Chinese nurses laughing and talking at top off their voices at 2am shouting and talking over one another. After half hour I had to ask them to be less noisy as patients trying to sleep. Not good enough,no one minds people talking but so loud very unprofessional

Waited 2 years for follow up appointments whenit should have been 6 months. When I got to see some they were very good. Then went to pharmacy at hospital. Waited for 50 mins for a tube of cream. Staff fine but management should be ashamed

Have attended the endoscopy unit at the RLI twice recently . On both occasions the staff went over and above to ensure that as an extremely nervous patient they kept me calm to complete the procedure. The staff were highly professional and thoughtful throughout . We are so fortunate at Lancaster to have such a well run endoscopy unit with dedicated staff who really care about their patients. Thank you.

I have nothing but praise for this hospital, its staff and various departments. I've always been treated with care and respect. They are very well organised and wait times always been fairly quick. The minor injuries department were superb with my partner yesterday who cut his finger badly. Seen straight away! Doctor was absolutely superb. Thank you for all you do.

Whilst we all know how the NHS Is struggling at the moment, especially around waiting times and pressure put on staff to still deliver and put professionalism first, we must also do our bit as the public also. Whilst I was in A&E waiting to be seen I couldn't help believing that alot of the people there could have been seen by their GP was my guess for what it's worth. Not really wanting to get in to the politics of how the NHS should be run but looking at getting people a better GP practice access would be a start on freeing up A&E to more serious emergencies. Under the stress of people waiting to be seen and as quickly as possible and still wanting a service with compassion and a caring smile, we must stop for a minute and put ourselves in the roles of these professionals and give a little empathy back, after all I think insight and kindness works on all sides. Anyway I was admitted to ward 34 (acute medical ward) and I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say the care was amazing throughout. Yes the staff were busy at times but always delivered excellent service. From Porters, cleaners, Nurses and Dr's the attitude and attention couldn't have been better in my experience, maybe we all need to put that effort in, under difficult circumstances, not just expect it. We're all in this together whilst awaiting a better model that makes life a little easier for all. God bless all the staff for doing the best they can under sometimes difficult and trying circumstances and God bless the patients who understand this and finally God bless the person or people that come up with a better system that helps all. Thankyou Lancaster Infirmary. Love and light Duncan McCartney

Went in with palpitations. Numbness in my arm and tight chest. Nurse who took my bloods was rough left a bruise that made my arm stiff. They could not give me any answers to what was wrong only did ECG and blood test when they should be doing X-rays and echocardiograms. Doctor was dismissive and degrading and suggested I was mental

The children's A&E dept were very quick at dealing with my daughter. We then got taken round to ward 32 (children's ward) the nurses and doctors were brilliant and very informative. Special shout out to Stacey she was fabulous thank you all.

Having been taken in early Saturday morning to A and E, it was very quiet and I was sorted out straight away and taken up to AMU. I have to say my experience was superb the team couldn't have looked after me any better. Shout out to Stacie, Cat, Mary, and Tom who looked after us so well on our little ward. They were a joy to be with. I came out feeling so much better and a big part of this was down to the wonderful team. Thanks all again, and Mr Sunak give these amazing people a wage rise soon!

Just been on the maternity ward for 9 days. Through difficult times the staff from the delivery suite, Neonatal and ward 17 have been absolutely fantastic. These women deserve all the respect in the world. The pay they get does not reflect on how hard they actually work. Credit to them for for everything they do. Thank you for bringing our little Reggie through the rough times and into our lives. Your work, care and compassion will never be forgotten.

Terrible service from Becky a triage nurse at Lancaster hospital at 13:30 on 15/9/22 she was very rude and wouldn't even take the time to listen to my concerns regarding my infected leg which Is red raw, swollen 3 times the size from top to bottom and my knee started weeping. I'm panicking it could be a blood clot, MRSA or sepsis and she wouldn't even take a look and told me to go to a walking centre over 10miles away. I would understand if the clinic was busy but it was quiet. I dread to think how the general public are treated after what I experienced today. As a former employee at Manchester Royal Infirmary I am absolutely disgusted at this subpar service this would never happen at the MRI especially not to a staff member.
