Not been in a Greg's for years. Simple food but quite expensive for what you get

Female server refused to let people sit down chairs on the tables whilst she was sweeping 45 minutes earlier. There is frost and snow on the ground. Couldn't even sit with my food and drink to warm up. Awful customer service.

It's convenient for me as it's open when I go past on my way to work when I'm on early. Nice breakfast menu. I usually go for the sausage cob with a splash of hp sauce(others brands of sauce are available) with a hot chocolate. On the odd occasion,I have the bacon cob,bit the bacon must be crispy,or it's a no go. You get both the cob & hot drink for a miserly £2.10, a right bargain, init youths.

I went inside asking for 2 sausage, beans and cheese melts and was told we were "gonna have to starve" because there weren't any already done. I have never received such poor customer service, I ended up buying a three cheese pizza and it was cold even though it was in the front counter. I advise that you go elsewhere instead of going to a poor customer service establishment such as this particular store.

Popped in with my 4 year old grandson for sit down drink and cakes. It was nearly closing time but the staff were brilliant. Talked to us and expressed no hurry. Enjoyed coffee and cakes.
