   This is the best Iceland ever, I bought uncle Ben’s rice and some other products and the rice was so delicious that it left my mouth screaming for more, I also bought 19 cans of cola and 7 packs of caprisuns, I got yelled at by 7 Latvian men, 16 Canadian schoolgirls, 10 American dog trainers and 7 Iceland workers making the whole experience of my shopping seem like a party and I hope I get to shop in this Iceland again

   Not ideal parking, store was untidy with pallet of stock blocking the tills. Then they still didn’t have what I wanted. Just gonna go to the food warehouse in town instead now.

   When ordering delivery they have a habit of putting chilled foods with none chilled and as the supposed chilled foods are then warm by the time they arrive you have to throw them away. Some dates are a little short to the point of being useless. So for these reasons I only order certain things such as the greggs range. Shame as I'd order more if I could..

   Just a No- staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Going up to the till and a staff member is just on her phone while we stood there and waited for her to finish and not even a word out of her except for the cost of it all. Absolutely ridiculous customer service- the staff make me want to shop elsewhere.

   Amazing deals on branded products, i always look in here first, you'll find things a lot cheaper than in other supermarkets. I only rate a 4 as I've often found the majority of the staff can barely bring themselves to say hello, let alone smile. Which is a real shame. If you despise customer service that much its time to move on, life is too short!
