No idea about customer service and load handling risk assessment. Delivery happens when they are next in the area, but no idea when, and customers are expected to help lift heavy loads as they only send one driver. Not impressed.
Breakwells collected my fragile item from the Channel Islands and delivered it back to me the next day, in original condition. A fantastic service.
