“I can’t believe I have almost lived in Kiddy for two years & yet hadn’t tried this place until today! I’m so glad I did! We had a korma, butter chicken, garlic naan & rice. Everything was delicious! We didn’t have to wait too long & it arrived hot! I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite - and personally I found the portion sizes perfect, especially for such brilliant prices! We also got a Negroni & White Russian. The food menu is impressive but the cocktail menu is crazy! The interior design is also very groovy, I’m a big fan. I’m already planning my next visit! P.S they do delivery too!”

“After a large job we needed to get a lot of plant and building equipment moved from our driveway and garden. Although this had been requested by the contractor we had no time collection dates and were needing the area clear ready for a new set of contractors who were waiting to start work. I spoke to Adam Jackson in the Kidderminster branch, and although the hire had not been from them he spoke to multiple branches and the contractors and sorted it out quickly and emailed me to let me know what was happening. Everything collected in less than 48 hours. Great customer service. Thank you Adam!”

“Literally the best Kebab I've ever had. Fries are super good too. I've tried kebabs and Döners all over the world (Germany, Greece, Hungary,Croatia), and I think this is the best I've ever had. I can only recommend.”

“Recently found this gem. I can’t believe I didn’t know about it until I went on my nieces Facebook as I don’t have FB. The malteser cheesecake and shortbread are amazing. I’ve been looking for cafes with homemade cakes and these truly are homemade, which is such a rarity! The staff also make the latte to preference such as decaf/ oat milk etc the indoor area is clean with tasteful decor. The outside seating is really lovely as it’s based in a pretty and peaceful location. There is a free car park that can be used. Owner is lovely and friendly. We felt very welcome. I was a bit worried as I’ve been to other places which are a bit hostile towards Muslims/ Asians but there was no need to be worried here. I haven’t tried the food yet but when I do I will edit my review . I’d love to see more cheesecake flavours as Gil is a great baker . I am a baker too and I have very high standards so that’s saying something . Im definitely not easily pleased when it comes to cakes. Overall really lovely cafe . I went to another cafe before I discovered Gils for homemade cakes and that was such a major disappointment in quality and taste and did not compare to Gils. Prices are really good for the cake considering it’s homemade and generous portions . Only wish I could visit more often but due to health problems I can’t but when I do it’s a lovely experience. “Our first time visiting and we were not disappointed. We arrived midday on a Sunday and we were the only people inside so it was quiet. However the decor paired with the music created a nice atmosphere. We both ordered the chicken yeeros and they were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous and very reasonably priced. We look forward to returning and trying out the rest of the menu.”

“Amazing food! We went on a Monday and had the 3 course (poppadoms, starter and main with side) for £13.50 which is great value. The restaurant was very quiet but so clean and looks like it has been redecorated recently! The only advice I'd give is for a bit of music and for the waiter to have a bit more confidence. He was lovely, but let your personality shine! Please visit this gem, such great food.”
