   I have to deal with the surgery on a regular basis as I’m a carer for many ppl, the wait time to get through is endless and sometimes u get cut off, you never get a real doctor on home visits always the practitioner ( who is not a doctor ) when u order medication it takes forever to get to the chemist. There a few good receptionists and some who have no clue what there doing can’t work the computer or get annoyed if then have to get up off a chair to go and get you things from upstairs I have dealt with lost of different doctors surgery’s and this the worst by far I think they asked friends and family to get the score they did I was recently on the phone for 23 min and was still number 9 in the queue how you got a quick response in answering phones is beyond me

   Absolutely pointless existing. You cannot do anything without booking through askmygp at 7:30am-10am and even using that it took months to get an appointment earlier this year and now the same is happening again. 7:32 and no appointments available. Ridiculous.

   My husband needs a medical form filled in by a Dr so he can get his driving licence back so he can go back to work and he has just been informed the next available appointment is 3 weeks away. What an absolute joke

   USELESS ! Almost impossible to get a GP appointment. Inefficient staff who do not seem to know what they are doing and don't care either. Paperwork frequently lost or incorrectly dealt with. Phones often not answered. My Hospital appointment letter sent to me two days "after" the date of my appointment.This surgery is totally geared to providing minimal of service. Appalling!

   The reception staff are very polite but it is extremely difficult to get an appointment. The practice is clearly oversubscribed. You are encouraged to use the online ask my GP service which only operates between 7.30 and 10 am, but this service usually closes within minutes, often before you have even had time to type in your problem. There is no facility to make an Ask My GP enquiry or appointment request later in the day. Whilst you can still make an enquiry by telephone it takes an age to answer and by then there are no appointments left. There seems to be little or no system for ‘non urgent’ care or routine medications. I have no idea how the elderly or chronically ill manage this system. Whilst I appreciate it is not the individuals fault and our GP’s are working hard, this system does not work for patients or people who require medication and care.

   Brilliant surgery, brilliant staff and good opening hours. The Askmy GP hours needs to be more consistent with its hours, but overall its really good. Those complaining are unrealistic about the service they want for their surgery.
