   I moved from another surgery (in St. Helens), this has been a breath of fresh air and taken a lot of stress out of my life. Historically with my old surgery, no appointments for weeks, rude staff and Doctors (I had not managed to see a GP in years). Bethany: all Doctors and staff have been wonderful, helpful and professional.

   i think this is 1 of the best GP in St. Helens area where doctors take there time to listen and really show that they care about there patients.And a special thanks too all the office clerks and who works in reception area, they too also very kind caring. every most special is that the receptions don't talk like they got a chip on there shoulders like some in there line of walk have some places. why i would gladly recommend Bethany Medical Centre to everyone i know.

   Waited 3 months for my appointment then my condition got slot worse which is neglect then I have get a hold of them myself for them to tell me they can't help me to call this other number I called it and no answer atall ......... joke of a practice laziness

   Waiting over 7 weeks for a medical report and still not received, told I am not a priority as well. I’ve now Had to got to an independent GP at a costly rate and request my medical records from Bethany MC, they are still dragging their feet at providing these aswell. It’s needed as part of my job, very poor service in my opinion.
