Romy, I have been referring many of my friends in the UK to your service, but I was disappointed when I wanted to use it myself. It seems inappropriate to request documents before providing a quote for your services. While it's acceptable to ask for some details, asking for copies of documents before a client has decided to proceed is unjustifiable. It’s not about trust; it’s about being cautious when sharing documents, especially if it’s unnecessary at that stage. I hope you will consider this feedback for the future. Just as you have the right to accept or reject clients, clients also deserve the right to choose whether they are comfortable sharing documents with you.
Amazing, fast, reliable service and printing available at the Indian Visa building. Would definitely recommend for any last min prints needed before appointment! :)
Lot of firm out there who do Visa, Oci and many other services but if you want a service which is genuine, efficient, professional by people who really care then look no more and go to Mr Romy. By far I know Mr Romy is very very kind and helpful . Over the years i have seen him helping many . I truly appreciate him and is team for the perfect service they give . My suggestion to those looking to use them is to either see them in office or Pay them upfront . they do not give information ( dont blame them as they are running a business )
I had a nightmare getting a visa, I had loads of things booked and was about to loose a bunch of money. When I got told that I couldn’t get seen with a walk in that day I thought it was lost and I wouldn’t get my Indian visa, however the guy in Zinc cafe told me to go to brilliant visa and they helped me out so much. They were so fast and reassuring and really sorted me out, definitely recommend their services 10/10. Thank you so much!
