   Had 2 physio sessions for a trapped nerve in my shoulder. The second session with Sarah was great, had physio, some acupuncture, and massaged my shoulder, made a massive improvement in my pain. Sarah was really nice, very friendly and talkative. I would highly recommend a visit if you have pain.

   My experience with Graham at Sandymount has been excellent. I needed to build my back up after a spinal operation and then work on older back issues. The work steadily improved the stability and flexibility, but equally the guidance and discussion gave me back confidence in day to day exercise and activities

   Came in during the week after reading the good reviews. The physio was really professional and friendly, identified my issue pretty much instantly and gave me a range of exercises to work on. My only piece of advice would be to perhaps have cards that can either be handed out with exercises on, as I was given around 10 exercises to do and was expected to remember all of them. I think it would be a nice little touch.

   Excellent clinic with friendly staff. Had a bad fall at Christmas which left me with a trapped nerve in my shoulder and I was in absolute agony. I have had treatment at this clinic in the past with Lorna and I never thought twice about contacting them again. I have been going there regularly and I feel 100% better. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all at the clinic. Best wishes
