   Have been going to sports massage with Lydia for around six months now and the change in my mobility has been incredible. She has identified the main areas of tension and restriction to ensure and broken down the resistance to this in the muscles as well as working with me on general mobility exercises and giving very usuelf pointers. Would not hesitate to recommend her

   Absolutely be careful when you book. Make sure the receptionist is doing it correctly. As no text or message of confirmation and wrong date was given to me I just handed over .£60 to them just like that. No customer care as I’ve been told I was sent a text which I didn’t receive told my appointment was yesterday. No text to customer 24 hours before to remind them, no phone call on the day when you’ve missed your appointment to ask if you was coming. But why would they cos they ask for full payment upon booking they have your money for not having to do anything. Complained and advised receptionist did tell me she’s going to say that. No booking cards to give people. They advised customer service manager was going to call me back from head office still waiting, send an email nothing back still waiting. Avoid the place if you can as it’s about the money not the customer

   Had an amazing sports massage at the Speke clinic with Zoe. I felt so good after just one treatment. I was definitely achy the next day but after that there was no tightness in my muscles. I had the best sleep ever after it with no pain or stiffness. I will definitely be booking another massage cc we it's Zoe in been the future.
