“Moved from Knowsley to Liverpool and joined Dr Thakurs surgery. Had nothing but positive experiences since joining this surgery 4 years ago. All the drs and nurses have been nothing but brilliant and any issues or problems they have gotten to the bottom of it. No problems getting blood test/ hospital referrals. Honestly so glad I joined this surgery. Very rarely have to wait longer than a few days for an apt, maybe I've been lucky but in my old surgery you were lucky to get an apt within 2 weeks. Also the reception staff are brill too, especially Lorraine, she always goes out of her way to help.”
