I can't fault Bradleys practice across Mold and Buckley. The online system works so well and they always contact me quickly if an appointment is needed, no need to sit waiting on hold for ages. All staff are helpful and friendly and generally appointments are on time, not too long waiting. I have been through my whole Maternity and postnatal period with them and they have been super helpful and supportive.

I had appointment for 9.30am I arrived at 9.25am in plenty of time. The Doctor made me wait 28 minutes before he called me. No apology from him I was with him for less than 5 minutes and I could hardly understand him. RUBBISH!

Few times waited for more than 1 h for my appointment but at least I was seen. Econsult get response within 24h, never struggled to be seen and they always accommodated to my needs, nurses and desk staff in Buckley are lovely 90% of them.

Just experienced the most unhelpful staff. Informed by the GP last night to pick up a prescription from the surgery. GP told us a flu clinic was on and one of the reception staff would help, how wrong could he have been. Could not be bother to even stand up and have a look on the desk in the next area for a prescription. It was clearly on the desk. I have worked for the NHS for 25 years and find it amazing there are still people in healthcare that don’t want to help people. I would certainly review you interview process.

At last Bradley Practice are replace the worst piece of software I've ever used for the patients to book appointment. I've give this project just 2 stars, mainly for initiative of getting rid of the old cheap of the shelf software package. I will be trying the new software with trepidation. What procedure would be good, is not sending text messages to patients asking them to contact the doctor knowing full well the doctor has gone home and being told all other doctors are very busy.

If I could give this service minus points I would. Absolutely shocking. I've been to bradley's for a number of reasons and feel like I'm never given the help I need, whether it be mental health or physical illness they will end up just sending you off with a leaflet or prescription without even seeing you in person.

We are now in 2023 and you still can't get a doctor or nurse appointment. You get put on triage not knowing when you will get a phone call back. But you can't diagnose someone over the phone and it's hard to describe symptoms over the phone.. needs to go back to face to face appointments first come first served. But doubt that will ever happen. Can't say it's because of stupid COVID now. I hate it.. I just want a face to face appointment please. No wonder a&e gets clogged up now.

Terrible practice, they're very dismissive and rude. Very nice facilities that don't provide any facilities. Econsults are the only way to get in touch, call them they tell you to go online. Mental health does not matter to them, they'll give you a leaflet or whatever pills they pick out of a hat and leave you to it. No need to actually go in they'll give you medicine without ever seeing you in person. Use any other practice if you actually need help, you won't get it here.

Was a patient at this practice for over 20 years, the GP’s were always good. However, the admin team are shocking. I requested my medical records and was told they would send them within a month after raising a subject access request only to be emailed two weeks later from the Mold branch saying they would not be doing it. Absolutely dreadful service.

After quite a few issues with getting appointments, I finally lost patience with this practice when waiting for my Covid jab. Despite being in a vulnerable age group, I heard nothing from them for weeks after I should have been vaccinated. I contacted them by email querying the delay and shared my concern that I might have been forgotten. In reply, instead of being supportive and reassuring, perhaps using the opportunity to suggest I hadn't been forgotten, their response was expressed in terms similar to 'it's not your turn yet, unless your circumstances have changed.' A day later I changed to the Quay Surgery in Deeside who expressed surprise at my situation and before the change of details papers were even completed, gave me a vaccination date verbally and a confirmatory text a couple of days later. This suggests a big difference in patient care and consideration even in these very difficult times.
