Really rude receptionist -jayne on the phone today. I understand it's new years eve and no one wants to work but there was no need to be so argumentative and sarcastic. Is that honestly how you speak to unwell patients who are just answering what you've asked.
Doctor Wong and the other general practitioners I have seen here , have been kind and compassionate to my symptoms. Although it's taken a long time , I am particularly thankful that now there maybe some answers. Thank you Dr. Wong in particular , you helped me so very much in the way you heard me.
Just moved and registered with them. They have already cancelled appointments twice.For the first one l booked it a month only to be called two days before and moved to the following week. Why do you accept new patients if you do not have capacity.
I highly recommend this surgery. We moved here a number of years ago as our previous surgery was horrific and also lost our medical records. We moved here although it’s a little bit further to travel. I ring up at 0800hrs and always manage to get an appointment for the same day. I get referred immediately for any complaints or bloods required. Recently my 7 year old daughter was sent home from school for a UTI. I rang around midday and she was seen at 330pm the same day. For my pre arranged appointments you never wait for more than five minutes. The staff and doctors all have good bed side manner. Really satisfied by the performance of this practice. By far the best in the area as I have tried other surgeries in the past, so have something to compare them to.
Can be difficult to get an appointment but staff are great.
I can never get an appointment when I ring at 8am and wait 20 minutes for them to answer. I work most weekdays and weekends, getting an appointment has become impossible. I would not recommend this Dr surgery.

Emma Mason is a wonderful, caring and compassionate woman. She is the phlebotomist at Cavendish. I never have worries getting a blood test done now because Emma is there.
An outstanding Practice. I have been a patient of Cavendish Medical Centre for over 20 years and have found both service and care to be exemplary. I have never felt the need to book with one specific Doctor because all I have met share the same approach; they listen and then respond in a considered and proactive way. The nursing team and reception staff are also excellent; friendly and professional. I was worried when their morning appointments arrangements changed in recent years, but I needn't have. Even during this pandemic, I have been able to get prompt treatment. I recommend this Practice all the time - thank you for the fantastic work you do.
