   These doctors or the worst on the wirral they speak to like dogs won't help you in to see the doctors for minutes they don't look at you when they talk to you look down at you no respect and they wounder why people get angry and up set i have urgent problem that needs doctors to look at no the the hospital I rang up explains my symptoms I was told to go the hospital or the chemist by receptionist and slamb the phone down very very wrong

   Car park is a nightmare there should be an in and out access as it can be chaotic. An accident waiting to happen. It hasnt had a lick of paint for the last 50 years. Doesnt look friendly and not as clean. Miss the lovely atmosphere at the Chadwick Street practice. Never see the same Doctor or been told who they are. Bring back the old practice. Big queues. Covers too many patients. I don't know how the staff cope.

   Never have a problem getting an appointment here, but since Chadwick Street closed, it's very busy. Not as friendly either, but as long as I'm seen, not too bothered. Can't fault the medical staff. The whole building needs a refresh, it's very tired looking and a bit grubby

   It's a bit of a mixed bag to be honest - some days you'll find it quiet and you'll be seen ahead of schedule, others you might be in that waiting room for some time (moreso if you're getting a prescription filled in the clinic's own pharmacy, which recently changed hands and hasn't been quite the same since). They have a lot of locum doctors too, so seeing the same doctor twice is rarely guaranteed. At the end of the day though, it's clean and comfortable and most of the doctors and nurses there are great. Whatever government cuts may do to it, it's an NHS establishment doing its best to help the community, and that's all I could ever want.

   I telephoned the surgery today to get a Doctor's appointment, the Receptionist then asked me what was wrong which I wasn't happy about. The Receptionist then phoned me back saying there was a Doctor's appointment available the same evening at 6.15pm When I turned up for my my appointment I actually had a Nurse appointment. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I was told to change my washing powder by a Nurse as I had a rash and a temperature. I then eventually got a Doctor's appointment and in fact it was shingles. I've been fobbed off yet again.

   I have been with this practice for almost 30 years. ALL the staff are amazing; they work hard to help. Luckily I've never had serious illness but I've had prompt appointments and received excellent care and attention. My doctor of choice has always been very professional and spends the time needed to ensure I've understood my illness and why and what is done or prescribed. Thank you to all who work there including the staff in the pharmacy.
