I want to sincerely thank Zainab for her time and professionalism during our phone call. Before speaking with her, I was extremely stressed after reading so many discouraging reviews. I honestly didn’t expect the call to be of any benefit, especially as my spouse has been waiting nearly 11 months with no response, and this was the first time I couldn’t afford to pay for priority processing after three previous extensions due to my current financial situation. Thankfully, my spouse didn’t need to travel during this time, and at least now I can say I had a conversation with someone who genuinely listened. Zainab didn’t just give the standard “please wait” response — she took the time to understand my concerns and gave me the sense that she truly wanted to help. It’s rare to feel that kind of support in such a system, especially when they must come across countless fabricated claims. Her empathy and professionalism stood out. I hope something positive comes from this situation soon, as I’m at a point where I truly cannot afford further delays or distractions. Once again, thank you, Zainab, for your kindness and respect over the phone. I sincerely hope more members of the public receive the same level of care and attention that you provided.

A straightforward and easy appointment with good service. I had a nice gal and was attended to from the time I entered the office. Someone checks your qr code when you arrive, then you get checked in with your passport at reception. You’re then guided to the waiting area where I barely waited a few minutes. In total the appointment took 25 minutes from start to finish. The gal who processed my application was lovely and set the expectations of what was to occur during and after. As long as you properly read the website guidance and upload the correct documents properly — it should be an easy process (for a spouse visa extension). Also make sure to not pay for your appointment on the booking portal, there are free appointments if you click through a few weeks out.

Lawless countries on earth it's almost 2 years waiting for naturalisation but no one answer the phone or email to know what is going on with my application.

The officer was very slow and inefficient, and I felt like I was treated by a racist. He deliberately tried to take a racist photo for my BRP for a while, and he was so uninterested in anything else. He didn’t show me the photo he took and just sent it off (I heard from other people other officers asked for applicants’ confirmation of the photos) now I have BRP that cannot be used to identify me.

I did the application for Family Permit almost 10 months ago for my dad … I’m still waiting for the decision… Every time that I call or email them or email the the only answer that they gave to me it’s that they are very busy and the can not do anything! I spent a lot of money just calling and emailing them… I did two times the escalation and still waiting for them… That’s violation of human rights keeping the passport for that long… They can just give a positive or negative answer instead of letting us waiting so long… That’s very bad really…

15 weeks have passed since my wife applied for a visa. At the time of application we were told it would take 8-10 weeks. We thought this would be fine as our commitment in the UK was only 19 weeks later. Now still no decision has been made. I also paid a total of 20£ across two phone calls and two Email inquiries but in all cases I just got a generic reply that the decision is still pending and it's taking longer than usual. No accountability, no flexibility, no value. Indeed a very frustrating experience.

Excellent service. Helpful and friendly staff. I went to the venue bit earlier than my appointment. As it was less busy the security checked with the staff inside, and let me in to proceed with my application. I learnt that the centre is less crowded on a Sunday. So during lockdown its ideal to book your appointment on a Sunday. Even the Tower Hill tube station was less crowded. It is also was convenient for me because I work in the weekdays. Save me in taking time off from work. Because of the sign that is placed in the side of the pavement it is not difficult to locate the entrance to the centre. This was very helpful for me to locate the centre from google street map. To find my way to walk from the tube station to the centre (it is less then 5 minutes).
