“Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”

Elsie was organised and thorough and advised what to be done. She gave us enough time to go back after making appropriate changes to papers. “I recently visited for my Passport Renewal Appointment and the price I had to pay was 85.44 GBP for a standard application. I had a really great experience at this VFS Centre and the queue was organized in an efficient manner and the staff were very polite. From the gentleman at the front, organising the queue outside to the staff at each booth. I booked in for the 8:30am slot and I'd recommend booking for a morning appointment as it is less crowded. Although I made a mistake regarding the second address (has to be UK address) Shabnam at Counter 4 was really kind and patient with me! I had gone out to re-print the application form and she was waiting patiently for me, which was very sweet of her. She was also quick and efficient processing all my documents, and it was a really smooth process. If you upload all the required documents online and have the photocopies of the same, you should be good to go. Hoping my new passport reaches me soon!”

“This is not a biased review, and I don’t usually give reviews to the facilities I go to unless I was really happy. I’ve been to the previous BLS address which was quite small and gets easily crowded. Appointment slots was impossible to book. However when they moved into the new address, I could say that the service has improved as well. The place was spacious, staff was accomodating and the printing section was free of charge (even for the standard appt) I have experienced being in both premium and standard. And I also noticed that the standard appts are now quite easy to book that’s why I was thankful. Even though the queue was long before their opening time, the service was fast enough once inside.”
