   Do not believe any review above 1 star. They are incompetent, dishonest crooks. They said 2 days it took 6 weeks, they made mistakes and charged us again for their mistakes. In the end the documents they gave us had so many mistakes that we could not get married. We wasted 2 months and over £500 and the hassle and stress that came with it, they can’t even reply to us. They just know how to talk lies and take money. Don’t use these cowboys.

   If I could give 0 stars I would! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Layla is highly unprofessional and made me miss my flight over such an easy process! She told me my documents were ready for collection, made me wait outside her office after travelling from Birmingham only to find she wasn't there and THEN she told me she would ask for her son to open the office and she didn't get back to me until the next day! She then informed me that my documents were still at the Foreign Common Wealth Office and when I asked for a tracking number she failed to provide me with one on numerous occasions! She does not answer calls or texts and is rude when she does. She says she'll call back but never does. I only ever got a response after calling and texting MANY MANY times. I wish I read the reviews before going here. AVOID! I am now going through a different company and they also told me that she overcharged me. Oh and she told me to come back to give her my documents again so she could take them to the FCO AGAIN. Clearly, she lost my documents which contained originals. I had to rebook my flight AND reorder documents which has prolonged the entire process of legalisation for me. I would have respected her a whole lot more if she was just honest and told me that she misplaced my documents in the first place so that so much time was not lost.

   The worst experience in my life, Layla held my university degree, for almost 3 weeks for a job need only one day, I asked her to return them if she failed to complete the service as I needed them urgently, till now she refused even to answer my massages, I worned her that I will go for legal action, and she even refused to comment, at Last she told me she already sent my degrees by a normal mail without evidence, and now I'm waiting for 3 days and didn't receive it.

   The services provided are horrible and Ms Layla G. is the worst. She's been handling my case since November 2020 and wasn't able to attest the documents for 7 months. When I call her she is always to busy to address my case and would say that she would call back in 15 min and never does. At this point I was calling her for 6 months and in the last 2 weeks there were more than 50 phone calls and I am not able to establish if my documents are at her office or at some other place. Perhaps she lost them and is not able to take the responsibility for them. Tragedy! This service is horrible I don't recommend it to anyone, everyday I need to remind who I am as they keep on forgetting about my case.
