   Don’t touch them they promised to take me on but then spat me out. Didn’t even tell me why. Disabled people don’t get a fair chance in the Judicial system.

   Absolutely terrible on every level! Robert the trainee needs a new profession! And Mr smith horrible! Didn’t follow my instructions at all or listen to why I did what I did. Did their own thing on the day and were destroyed in court and the only reason I’m not in prison is the judge showed mercy (or knows how bad these two are). Robert Wouldn’t call back! Did not follow MY DIRECTIONS! asked for evidence Robert did nothing and I’m sure he didn’t check as it seemed a surprise there was more. In short they did their own thing gambling with my freedom and lost embarrassingly. I honestly think they dragged it out! Both not fit to serve! Mr smith kept fluffing his lines and add random untrue statements. Both not fit to fight for Anyone’s freedom on any level and I think the need a professional review or retraining because of them I believe community service was added. I hope this helps someone make the correct choice.

   I cannot recommend this firm enough. Right from the start I was read in on everything the Solicitors were working on and received timely and succinct emails of the work they had completed. I have never been in a situation where I needed a Criminal Defence Solicitor but I witnessed and experienced the utmost professionalism in the court room. All of the team should be commended for their hard work, dedication to their craft and being emotionally intelligent.    I believe Howard & Byrne deserves a five star for their understanding and the willingness to help my situation and any other criminal law issue you may present to them. The welcome entrance personal assistances Marie and Louise are very kind, pleasant, understanding and helpful. Both these ladies put you at ease before meeting with your solicitor. The solicitors and staff have brilliant law knowledge which you would hope so being a Criminal Law Solicitors!! They all know the Criminal Law system and your legal rights. My Solicitor Emily is the most helpful and understanding solicitor who cares about your welfare. Emily is very thorough and detailed person she is an extremely hard working lady who will stand her ground and protect you. There are many more solicitors I have had the chance to meet at this firm, all have their unique professional law standards and are all pleasant. Just hope your not on the receiving end of them as they're very scary if you have witnessed this!! You can count on Howard & Byrne Solicitors they are all a fantastic team. I even saw Mr Byrne come out of the cracks today although, he was a too busy stop for a chat! H&B is a none stop solicitors always willing to help their clients. Thank you.
