Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Well it would be but my conveyancing matter has still not been dealt with. The lack of proactivity, no updates, disinterest. Would not recommend.

They consistently demonstrated promptness in responding to emails and returning calls. Although our case experienced significant delays due to other parties in the chain, we believe that without Ben and Chloe's persistence in driving the process forward, we would still be awaiting completion. I had excellent service from Kirstie and the team and a very sensible cost for conveyancing. I am saddened at some of the poor reviews as I have no complaints, Kirstie always answering or responding to any calls I made, emails were prompt too. Thank you, I'm one happy customer.
Received really poor service and communication from the Garforth branch in Leeds. No reply from emails, calls and answer machine messages left without reply and heard most developments through buyers solicitors on our house move. . Would not recommend to others!
I have used theses solicitors a couple of times , recently to sell and buy my new property. Great service , may cost but you get what you pay for. My solicitor Kirstie Blinkhorn was amazing and with me every step of the way !

The WORST solicitors I’ve ever experienced. A simple transfer of equity took 5 times as long as it should have. Repeatedly asking multiple solicitors for the same simple things and constantly not receiving it. I must have spent hours of my time chasing them. Even a year later there was an outstanding balance on my account and I have had to chase it 5 times!!! It’s taken them 4 months, 4 months, to transfer £40. I’m actually still waiting for it returned as I write this. My advice, stay away from Ison Harrison Garforth.
