We had a great experience with Victoria Davis who is a senior partner. We needed a remortgage with transfer of equity, and from day one Victoria was super responsive, and always responded to us within the day when we sent emails or called her office. She also had the matter concluded for us within 5 weeks, which given the complexity was very efficient and quick. We had engaged another firm of solicitors, who took 6 weeks without progress and then tried to double their fees on us for handling the transfer of equity. But not Victoria - she charged a very reasonable fee for the extra work and a very competitive fee all around. We will definitely be using her again and would recommend this firm to those needing conveyancing work. Thank you!
