From the initial contact right until moving day, she provided a very professional and effective service. Communication was second to none and responded immediately to email and phone calls. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would 100% recommend them for any of your solicitor needs!

   Fantastic service by Siobhan Clay for very reasonable fees. We Incorporated at the beginning of 2023 and so far Siobhan has successfully transferred SIX properties with HM Land Registry, and Completed on FIVE mortgages. Siobhan is now about to begin working on two more mortgages and another transfer. She always responds swiftly and precisely to emails and addresses all concerns. We have been delighted with the wonderful service and hope to work with Siobhan and Elmhirst Parker for many more years.

   Booked in with a solicitor- someone rang a few hours before our first appointment to say she had gone home due to her child being sent home poorly-fair enough, we have young children ourselves so we really understood. Our next meeting was then booked in with the solicitor directly (via phonecall), we needed to be seen on the 20th due to us going away on the 21st. On the 19th we received a phonecall asking if we could move our appointment-we again explained our situation and that we couldn't be flexible. We received a second phonecall an hour later saying it would have to be fine-then a third phonecall asking us again to move it. At this point I asked what the problem was with our appointment time and we were told 'well, it's just her only appointment that day so she wants to work from home really, but she booked it in directly with you so she will have to come in. It will be fine'.. On the 20th, hours before our appointment, I was left a voicemail saying our appointment had been cancelled as the solicitor had conveniently rang in sick! So unprofessional, I do not recommend at all.

   Very pleased with conveyance service by Gill Bennett at Selby Elmhirst Parker. Very responsive and excellent communication she spotted a problem that I think a less conscientious person would not have. Clear explanations at all times. Costs were surprisingly reasonable too. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good, clear service.

   I just purchased a house using the Elmirst Parker Selby branch as my conveyancer and cannot recommend them enough. Such a good quality and professional service. Siobhan was my solicitor, her service was excellent! Very fast to respond to any questions and always offering helpful advice on how to proceed. The whole process only took 5 weeks from putting in an offer to receiving the keys - Thank you Siobhan and team.
